By providing your personal information and using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of that information as described in this policy. We obtain consent appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to provide some or all of our services. To withdraw consent, contact our Privacy Officer below.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our business or as required by law, including with:
- Our cleaning team members, who need your service address and instructions to perform the cleaning.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions.
8. Data Storage & Cross-Border Processing
Some of our service providers (for example payment or hosting providers) may store or process personal information on servers located outside of Canada, including in the United States. Where this occurs, your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We take reasonable steps to ensure our providers protect your information consistent with this policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including to provide services, maintain records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we securely destroy, erase, or anonymize it.
10. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable physical, organizational, and technological safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information to protect it against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and continuously review our practices.
11. Your Rights: Access & Correction
Subject to certain legal exceptions, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, how we use it, and to whom it has been disclosed, and to request access to it or correction of inaccuracies. To make a request, contact our Privacy Officer below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
12. Children's Privacy
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
